Ebenezer Adjei aka ‘Coach Killer’, Head trainer of the Black Panthers Gym at James Town in Accra, Ghana made history for himself at the Bukom Boxing Arena on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 when he coached three boxers to win international titles.

On the bill of Box Office Promotions, Coach Adjei was in the corner of three continental winners and he says the International Boxing Organisation (IBO) Bantamweight title won by Prince Patel, an Indian based in London who beat Aliu Bamidele Lasisi was his favourite because it is a big title and a big deal.

“I thank God for making this happen and I know that there is more to be achieved, I am very satisfied with the results and hope my boxers and champions will work harder” he told Yours Truly.

Coach Adjei, who handles top rated Ghanaian boxer and former SWAG Boxer of the Year, Alfred Lamptey, was in the corner of Tony Banger to win the IBO Africa Superwelterweight title.

He later led female boxer Sangeeta Birdi to win the UBO Africa Superbantamweight belt.

According to him, the boxer with the best condition also has the advantage and urged boxers to train regularly and intensely when they have big matches.

Friends of Boxing (FOB) and the Boxing Writers Association of Ghana (BWAG) wish him more successes.
