Theophilus Nii Kpakpo Allotey, the National and WBO Africa super flyweight champion says he cannot afford to start all over again so he is not stopping the winning trail but going all out on Saturday September 19 for the WBA world title elimination bout at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
He observed that his opponent Facundo David Garcia from Argentina is a bit taller and he knows how to handle him with his height.
According to Allotey, the world title which Ghanaians have been yearning for is about to be won and Garcia is the stepping stone.
For many Ghanaian boxing fans this is an opportunity to revenge for John Abaja Laryea who lost in an elimination bout towards the world featherweight title.

“It will be war in the ring, I see this fight just like a world title, unless he kills me, but I don’t think anyone can come from outside to beat me at home” he expressed last Saturday at Timber Market during the public / media face off.
He urged boxing fans to buy the affoedable tickets and come and watch the battle at the Boxing Arena.

Ghana has achieved 11 world titles by David Kotey Poison, Professor Azumah Nelson, Marvelous Nana Yaw Konadu, Alfred Cobra Kotey, Ike Bazooka Quartey, Joseph King Kong Agbeko, Joshua Grandmaster Clottey, Richard Commey, Isaac The Royal Storm Dogboe, Emmanuel Game Boy Tagoe and Abigail Quartey, the only female world title holder.
