Enjoy the short conversation with the current WBF European and International champion Tommy Jacobs.

Samuel Ofosuhene (S.O) Question: How confident are you going into the fight and are you bold enough to make a prediction?

Tommy Jacobs(T.J) Answer: – First of all it’s a great honour to share the ring with such a great champion.

I’m confident going into the fight, I asked for this fight and I wouldn’t be in a fight I didn’t think was mine to win.

As far as predictions go, all I will say is me for the win.

S.O Question:  How well do you know Joshua Clottey?

(T.J) Answer: I don’t know Joshua (Clottey) other than from watching his fights. I have spoke to him on the phone in the process of making this fight as I’m my own manager and I look forward to meeting him in person and boxing him.

(S.O) Question: What should fans be looking out for?

(T.J) Answer: Fans should look out for a “changing of the guard”, JC (Joshua Clottey) has had his time and it’s my time to make my way to the top.

(S.O) Question: You are fighting against a very experienced former world champion, what does it mean to u and your career?

(T.J) Answer: This is the kind of fight I live for! I would never take an easy fight. I only want to fight people above me otherwise what’s the point. This is the biggest fight of my career as I feel this will elevate me to the next level and I cannot wait!
