Ambitious Tilapia calls out Bastie ‘The Beast 1’ Samir to fight
… Bastie demands purse of 50 000ghc to fight son of Bukom Banku
Ambitious Tilapia aka Abubakar Kamoko, first son of former Cruiserweight Champion, Bukom Banku aka Braimah Kamoko has challenged Bastie Samir for a light heavyweight contest possibly to be promoted by a leading Promotions outfit.
Legacy Rise Sports Promotions who are the managers of Abubakar or Box Office Promotions, who organised the epic fight at the Bukom Boxing Arena when Bukom Banku was beaten and knocked out are ready to organise.
Abubakar Kamoko said he wants to redeem his dad, but the opponent is demanding a super higher purse.
Initially Bastie called for 20,000ghc before he signs a contract.
Now he has increased his demand to 50,000ghc, which Abubakar Kamoko sees as ridiculous.
“Bastie must come out so that we rumble in the ring. It is going to be the redemption fight and I am ready. he will never win one round” Tilapia expressed.
He has a record of seven fights, winning all, while Bastie. the experienced pugilist is 22-2-1. He was a former sparring partner of Floyd Mayweather, currently trains at the Wisdom Boxing Gym under Dr. Ofori Asare. .
