SP Sports Boxers, Charles Narh Tetteh And George Faho Mensah Shine At Best Of Bukom 3 Fight Night

The Best of Bukom 3 Fight Night organised by Bishop Boxing Promotions lived up to its billing on Saturday August 22, 2026 as all the boxers on the show held at the Tse Annan Memorial Centre at La was explosive, entertaining and classic.

Though some fans had problems with sitting arrangements and were forced to stand and watch the bouts, it was generally a good show in the community with fans cheering all out in all fights.

Charles Tetteh, a former National Featherweight Champion who is on cloud nine and has been knocking on the international doors announced himself properly when he gave former WBO Global champion, Wasiru Mohammed aka Gyatabi the fight of his life.

After 10 gruelling rounds, the judges gave the verdict to Narh Tetteh from the Panix Boxing Gym and managed by SP Sports.

Tetteh was able to absorb the hefty blows of Wasiru and tested him with his accurate punches and hooks.

Indeed boxing fans were on their toes cheering their favourite boxers as they displayed with vigour and tenacity.

George Faho Mensah, a super Welterweight and Middleweight boxer also gave popular Jessie Lartey, a former Commonwealth bronze medalist a good fight.

Mensah who was the shorter was able to stand toe to toe and was even ahead at some stages of the ‘give and take’ bout. The fight ended in a draw.

Both Mensah (13-1) and Tetteh (15-0) who now train at the Seconds Out Gym were just super marvelous on the night.

Mr.Samuel Darkwa Agyei, CEO of SP Sports could not hide his joy and job of handing some of the best boxers in Ghana who can bring belts and glory to the nation.

He said this is just the beginning as they are planning to get the future champions the right channels to make their dreams come true.

Both boxes are undefeated and last Saturday, they passed major tests.

Yours Truly join all the fans and supporters to congratulate the star boxers.
