SELEMAN KIDUNDA TO FACE PATRICK MUKALA THIS FEBRUARY

Unbeaten World Boxing Federation Super middleweight champion Tanzania’s Seleman Kidunda will fight Congolese-South Africa based Patrick Mukala in the headline fight for the Africa Boxing Union Super Middleweight title, in Dar es salaam, Tanzania on 24 February.

Kidunda (8-0-10, 7KOs) a man from JWTZ (Tanzania People’s Defense Force) is returning to the ring just seven months since securing his World Boxing Federation Super middleweight title with a decisive unanimous decision win over Congolese, Erick Tshimanga Katompa, last July.

Mukala (14-2-1, 13KOs), is a product of the former multiple world champion in four weight classes Roy Jones Jr’s gym in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he partnered with south African manager and Trainer, Jodi Solomon.

The Congolese who won his last three bouts via Technical Knock Out, is respectful of his opponent and excited at the chance to grab the title in his first ever visit to Tanzania.

Saada Kasonso, a newly promoter in town who is promoting the bill with his Kemmon Sports Agency company, has revealed that there will be eighteen best puligilists to support the main event.

She stated:”All the boxers have already signed and their preparations for the fight are still going on well, we expect harsh competitive for sure”. Saada expressed.
