Samuel Takyi calls out Richard Fenyi, predicts a round 3 knockout

Sensational Samuel Takyi has set his sights on the current Ghana national Lightweight title and has called out the champion Richard Fenyi for a December showdown.

 

“I want to fight the one holding the national title so that person (Richard Fenyi) should prepare for Samuel Takyi because I’m going to knock him out in round 3 so he should sign the contract.” Takyi said.

 

When asked if there has been an official contact with the current national champion Richard Fenyi, the Olympic bronze medalist replied in the affirmative.

 

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games hero, Samuel ‘Ring Warrior’ Takyi is so confident of victory much so that he has predicted a round 3 knockout of Richard Fenyi.

 

Self styled ‘Ring Warrior’ is currently unbeaten after two professional fights and has a 100 percent knockout record after 3 rounds of professional boxing.

 

The Jamestown native has the legendary Ike “Bazooka” Quartey in his corner as his lead trainer and relishes the opportunity to win his first title.

 

Both Richard Fenyi and Samuel Takyi are of the same age bracket (21) but Richard Fenyi has fought 6 more than his challenger. Richard has chalked 8 wins from 8 fights with 7 by way of knockouts with 33 rounds of professional boxing and still unbeaten.
