Bronx Boxing Promotion presents John ‘ExpensiveBoxer’ Laryea vs Sebastianus Nathaneal in the WBO Africa Featherweight Championship bout at the Bukom Boxing Arena on the 30th of July 2021.
The unbeaten Ghana Featherweight Champion John Laryea (8-0-1, 6KOs) last fought in March this year at the Bukom Boxing Arena against his nemesis Kamarudeen Boyefio for the National strap. Boyefio failed to come out for the 4th round, hence a KO was counted for Laryea in the 3rd round to win the title which was then vacant.
Laryea’s opponent on the night, Sebastianus Nathaneal (14-2, 7KOs) is the defending champion placing his WBO Africa strap on the line which he won after he knocked out Jeremiah Mhere in the 1st round. His first defence of the title will be the biggest fight so far for the ‘Expensive Boxer’ Laryea come fight night.
The Namibian, after his last defeat to Sibusiso Zingange back in 2019, February, has won his last four consecutive fights, earning the WBO Africa Feather title in the process.
John ‘ExpensiveBoxer” Laryea mounts the ring to give his fans another excitement like he has always does to THRILL Ghanaians on the boxing night.
With Sabastianus Nathaneal fighting for self and country, it is believed the Namibian will put up a fight against the new boxing wizard.
