Denzel Bentley Ntim-Mensah famed Denzel Bentley produced a massive performance against Linus Udofia to win back the British middleweight title lost to Felix Cash last year.

 

Indeed, it was all smiles when the Ghanaian descent secured a split decision victory over fellow contender Udofia at the Indigo in the O2, London.

 

The 27 year old pugilist, Bentley as expected was very happy with the victory in his post fight comments, having become a two time champion in the process.

 

“It means a lot to get this belt back,” Bentley said. “I didn’t like the way I lost it, but that was a fight, I enjoyed that.

 

“I was surprised it was a split decision. In the second half of the fight, four out of the six rounds I had him going.

 

“I’m a gym rat. I want to get back in the gym and push on for world honours.” He expressed.

 

His record now reads, 16 wins of which 13 were secured by way of knockouts in a total of 18 fights with one defeat and a draw.
