Alex Ntiamoah-Boakye‘s suspension overturned by Accra High in Ghana until final determination
An Accra High Court has restrained the Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) from implementing their 2 – year suspension placed on Alex Ntiamoah-Boakye and his Box Office Sports as well as S 3 Promotions.
The restraining order was issued on Tuesday 28th November, 2023.
In this regard, Alex Ntiamoah-Boakye’s Box Office Sports Promotions & S3 Promotions can go about their normal boxing activities and transact business with the GBA till the final determination of a pending case before the court which other reliefs are being sought for.

The decision, in a release suspended the promoter from attending and doing any boxing business because of what the term breach of Ghana boxing Authority regulations.
