Samuel Quaye signs management deal with GR Quality Enterprise
Samuel Quaye, a former national super lightweight champion has penned a three-year managerial contract with GR Quality Enterprise.
The company will be responsible for Quaye’s career including negotiations and arranging fights.
GR Quality Enterprise led by CEO Samuel Lamptey,, makes its debut in the boxing managing space with Quaye as its first signee.
The contract signing ceremony took place at the Back Pass Bar & Restaurant with representatives from bothparties present.
Mr. Samuel Lamptey commented on his love for boxing and readiness to support Quaye in his boxing career.
Charles Ansah (Supervisor) and David Pappoe (Security Coordinator) also reiterated the stance of the company in seeing throught their commitment.
On the side of Quaye, reps from The Gym Boxing Gym in Coaches Laryea and Benjamin Essilfie added their voice as trainers to motivate and provide Quaye with the necessary technical support.
Samuel Quaye is considered a prospect in the super lightweight division and in conversation among the likes of WBA Africa champion Jerry Lartey and current national champion Africanus Neequaye.
He defeated Richard Amenfu in 2024 to become the national super lightweight champion.
In 2025, Quaye was selected to participate in the WBC Grand Prix in Riyadh. He lost out on a round of 16 slot after a being defeated by Spencer Wilcox.
As one of the country bright boxing proespcts, Quaye and his new managemnet team have the oppourtinity to steer his career towards greater accomplishments.
