Ace Power, in collaboration with Azumah Nelson’s Promotions supported by K-Box TV and Dornu’s Corner have put together a mouthwatering bill in honour of former President of the Federation Ambassador, Ray Quarcoo.
Although this is a yearly event done in honour of former president of the Ghana Amateur Boxing Federation (GABF) now Ghana Boxing Federation (GBF), this is the first time that promotional outfits, a boxing channel and a blog have time together to take the event to a new level.
The event is set to take place at its usual venue; Premier Beach Oshieyie, Kokrobite road in the Greater Accra Region come Friday the 15th of December, 2023.
Among the fights pencilled on the bill includes Mohammed Azumah versus the self-styled ‘Daddy Lumba’ Benjamin Lamptey in a lightweight contest.
Eric Asante versus Bernard Adzewoda and David Tagoe paired up with Godwin Tetteh. There are other must see matchups including juvenile bouts.
Ghana’s finest and sole inductee into the International Boxing Hall of Fame, Azumah Nelson, is set to grace the occasion on the set date, including other important personalities.
