It’s been a tough period for the Royal Storm Dogboe for the past five years after losing 3 fights out of the last 7, with the latest defeat to Robeisy Ramirez where the WBO Featherweight title was at stake.
Many have commended Isaac Dogboe after announcing his imminent comeback when others thought he was going to retire from professional boxing.
Just after Dogboe’s defeat to Ramirez last month, his father who was his trainer during his reign as the WBO World Super Bantamweight champion, Paul Dogboe, via a VIDEO blamed his defeat to one Prophet Kwesi.
Paul Dogboe, Isaac Zion Dogboe’s dad is out again on the media instructing his son to settle debts which they owed to certain individuals. This, Paul made known during his recent interview with Philip Otuo, Producer of Asempa Sports Nite.
Paul explained why he’s been bitter with the situation, indicating that it’s a disgrace to him
“You know why I’m bitter? I’m bitter about the boy because he knows these things. I’m a mad man bro, my Son can not stand in front of me right now like how you guys are here”.
“I sent him the list, we owe Akomich some monies, and John Manfo may be around a 100 gram or more. He knows because he’s been talking to Mamfo. He made him aware that now he is not with his Daddy anymore, so he’s going to pay him. So me Paul Dogboe, I have taken myself out of that circle.”
Paul continued, “I have never been disgraced in my life. All I have done is to do great with this kid and for me to get disgraced. All I was hoping to hear is that he has paid John Manfo, left with a small amount because he had three fights before we parted, during the time I was the one paying all the debts.”
“People are talking and I don’t know how they understand but the people in the circle knows it. Interview Isaac Dogboe and ask him did your father embezzle your money?”
“He should pay the debts, am tired of all these” Paul reiterated.
