Theophilus Allotey Climbs To 15th In WBO Rankings
Ghana’s Theophilus Allotey aka ‘Lopez’ who stole the show on the ‘Battle of the Beasts’ bill organized by Legacy Rise Sports Promotions by defeating Daniel Gorsh for the WBO Africa Bantamweight title has moved up to the 15th in the WBO world rankings.
The UBO Africa and National Super Flyweight Champion has gained recognition by IBO International and IBC and ranked 8th and 9threspectively.
The camp of Theo Allotey responded to the news with massive jubilation at the Wisdom Boxing Gym where he trains under top coach Dr. Ofori Asare.
Other boxers in the gym were inspired and motivated by the information and they have pledged to go to the extreme and also make it.
His manager, Ms. Sarah Lotus Asare congratulated him for his sacrifice and hard work.
Meanwhile, Coach Dr. Asare has appealed to corporate Ghana to support Team Allotey as they prepare for the WBC International title shot.
Theo Allotey who is undefeated has been tipped to win the 2025 SWAG Boxer of the Year Award.
