Elvis Ahorgah returns to the ring on December 19 against Harey Benn
Ghanaian super middleweight Elvis ‘Soldier’ Ahorgah has been keeping busy in 2025, and he already has five fights under his belt.
He is scheduled to enter the ring once more on December 19th to compete against Harey Benn in the ‘Chaos in the Ring’ event in Nigeria.
Ahorgah has quickly gained popularity both in Ghana and abroad.
His fights at the Bukom Boxing Arena are known to be exciting. However, his breakthrough moment came when he was under the spotlight during his fight against Callum Simpson for the Commonwealth Super middleweight title.
At the press conference, Elvis Ahorgsh captivated the audience with his statements, such as, “I am the predator”, “I am the black Schwarzenegger.”
Even though Ahorgah lost by TKO in the fifth round, his charisma boosted his stock among fans.
“The Soldier” will aim to conclude the year on a positive note by securing a victory against Harley Benn (9-2).
As of now, he’s 2-2 in 2025, and a victory in December could set up some exciting fights for Elvis in 2026, possibly even for the Commonwealth or African title.
The event will take place on December 19th in Lagos’s Eko Atlantic Energy City.
Among the confirmed fights are David Adeleye (14-2) vs Patrick Korte (23-4-1) and an all-Nigerian showdown between Taiwo Agbaje (18-0) and Musa Tajudeen (19-1).
